Ladies Valley Return and Refund Policy

At Ladies Valley, we value your satisfaction and aim to make your shopping experience seamless. Below is our comprehensive return and refund policy to address all your concerns.

Return Policy

  • Timeframe: Our policy lasts 29 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges beyond this period.
  • Eligibility for Return:
    • Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
    • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required.
    • Items should not be sent back to the manufacturer directly. Contact us for the correct return address.

Damaged/Faulty Goods or Missing Parts

If you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or spare parts:

  1. Contact us through our website's messaging system or email.
  2. We will confirm whether the product needs to be returned.
  3. Refunds are processed to the original payment method unless otherwise specified.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging intact.
  • Exclusions apply to health and safety products, bulk purchases, or opened packages.
  • A 10% restocking fee may apply.

Please contact us for approval before returning any items.

Delivery Charges and Returns

  • Faulty or Incorrect Products: If returning an item due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind Returns: Customers bear the return shipping costs.
  • Warranty Claims: For approved claims, we will provide a return label or refund the return postage costs.

Exceeding the Cancellation Period

Returns initiated beyond the 30-day cancellation period will be assessed case-by-case, subject to our discretion and Australian Consumer Law.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Gifts

  • If marked as a gift: You will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. A gift certificate will be issued once the item is received.
